Terms of Service
Last Protocol Update: April 18, 2026
By initializing a connection with Mari Nexa Shipping Pvt Ltd, you verify adherence to the operational parameters defined in this agreement. This documentation governs your access to our logistics infrastructure and digital services.
1 Consensus Protocol
These Terms of Service ("Terms") formulate a legally binding cryptographic/contractual link between the Operator ("User," "you," or "your") and Mari Nexa Shipping Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Interacting with our nodes signals absolute comprehension and acceptance of these Terms.
2 System Architecture
Mari Nexa provides elite logistics routing, including maritime freight, aerial payload delivery, and systemic customs clearance. We maintain the administrative override to modify, scale, or terminate any fractional capability within our network at our discretion, without synchronous notification.
3 Operational Rules of Engagement
When transmitting or receiving through our systems, you programmatically agree to:
- Inject highly accurate, non-corrupted data during quoting or booking phases.
- Adhere strictly to international customs APIs and physical border regulations.
- Neutralize any attempt to inject malicious traffic, bypass firewalls, or disrupt server environments natively hosting the Mari Nexa brand.
4 Physics and Liability Tolerance
Global transit is subject to standard physical phenomena. Our liability limit regarding packet (cargo) loss is strictly defined by applicable international treaties (such as Hague-Visby Conventions) and the specific Bill of Lading architecture generated for your node. Insurance overlays are highly recommended for all structural payload transfers.
5 Code & Brand Patents
The graphical topology, codebases, branding structures, and analytical metrics outputted by this Site are exclusively licensed and locked by proprietary constraints. Any unauthorized fork, cloning, or distribution is mathematically prohibited and legally actionable.
6 Capital Transmissions
Estimated capital expenditures (Quotes) represent dynamic calculations based on real-time market data. Final billing may fluctuate based on volumetric discrepancies, dimensional variance, or geopolitical surcharges. Capital must transfer via approved gateways prior to cargo decoupling.
7 Central Jurisdiction
This architecture operates underneath the sovereign legal framework of India. Any desync or dispute will be resolved exclusively within the infrastructural courts positioned in Mumbai, India.
